By sending an SMS to Telintel, you can reach out to final users with a call when SMS is not available in the targeted country or when MNO’s have general SMS outages. Once the call is taken, the end user will either listen to the content of the original SMS or listen to an IVR and select any of the predefined options to reply to the message or even to be transferred to an agent who will attend the call.
